Move-in Checklist
Welcome to the BlueHome Property Management family! Start off your stay on the right foot by following the information below.
First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any other applicable fees must be paid at your lease signing. Check with us in advance to confirm the amounts.
Move-in Date & Inspection
We'll provide all necessary information about your move-in and your initial inspection at the lease signing.
Utilities
Please note, all utility accounts for your rental property need to be placed in your name and proof provided to us before we will be able to release keys to you.
